The Nyungne Practice

Nyungne is a meditation practice on the thousand-arms form of Buddha Loving Eyes – the expression of the compassion of all Buddhas.
With the practice we build up an energy field of enlightened activity for the benefit of all beings.

Nyungne is a purifying practice which transforms many of the impressions in our store consciousness and we accumulate massive amounts of positive impressions and merit, which are needed on the way to Enlightenment.

Nyungne is practiced in retreat, during which we focus on the practice itself. Certain rules are followed like no smoking, no alcohol, and vegetarian food only. On the second day we don’t eat nor drink anything, and neither do we talk.
Only people who have Buddhist Refuge can take part in this course!
